DURAN® storage bottle, narrow neck, brown, NS 24/29, with glass stopper, 500 ml The classic reagent bottles that can be closed with a stopper are made of DURAN® borosilicate 3.3 Type 1 glass and are suitable for storing liquid and solid chemicals and reagents. The bottles have a narrow, conical ground joint and comply with ISO 4796-2. The narrow neck is suitable for liquids, and the angle of the bottle shoulders ensures that the contents can be poured out easily. The glass stopper provides an excellent seal that protects the contents against evaporation, oxidation and contamination. The labelling field and the Retrace Code for traceability of production are printed in durable white enamel. The brown colouring protects light-sensitive materials against the effects of photodegradation. Protection against ultraviolet light complies with the international USP/EP standards and remains effective throughout the bottle's service life.
