The NTC temperature sensor measures with high precision and, thanks to its slim probe tip, leaves hardly visible puncture holes. Visual and audible alarms as well as Auto-Hold support the monitoring of critical temperatures. With the TopSafe protective cover, the device is EN 13485 certified and HACCP-compliant.
