A 10 basic, analytical mill The newly designed batch mill grinds hard and brittle, as well as soft and fibrous materials up to a volume of 50 ml. By embrittling samples in the grinding chamber, tough, fatty and water-containing samples can also be processed. Particular attention was paid to safety during further development. The mill only starts when the lid is closed, and the lid can only be opened when the mill is at a standstill. A quick stop further increases operator safety. The test results of the new A 10 basic are comparable with those of the predecessor model A 10, as the grinding chamber, beater geometries and speed are identical.
