It is less susceptible to scratching than conventional magnetic stirrer plates. Safety features The housing surface is made of chemical-resistant and hardened glass, thereby increasing user safety. A message on the display also warns when the surface is hot and thus protects against burns. The safety circuit can be set up to 370 °C.
