Special cleaner concentrate – phosphoric acid basis For descaling and derusting machine parts, fittings, water meters, workpieces, chains, glass and ceramic parts in industry, trade and laboratories. TICKOPUR R 27 is specially intended for cleaning in SONOREX ultrasonic devices, but can also be used for immersion and wipe cleaning. When used correctly, it ensures fast and material-friendly cleaning. Insert hollow bodies so that air can escape completely from the cavities. Concentration and contact time depend on the type and persistence of the contamination. Increasing the temperature to max. 60 °C accelerates the cleaning process. After cleaning, rinse the cleaned items thoroughly with water; for residue-free cleaning, rinse with demineralized water. Material compatibility TICKOPUR R 27 is suitable for many materials. Use caution with tin, zinc, light metals and unprotected steel.
