CertoClav MultiControl is a PT100 sensor-controlled, vertical laboratory autoclave. It is controlled using the MC2 controller. This control unit allows the autoclave to be freely programmed. The available settings range from 1 minute to 30 days and from room temperature to 140 °C. This simplifies and shortens work processes in the laboratory while also offering a versatile range of applications. The autoclave chamber is made of aluminium and has a volume of 12 litres. The autoclave features a USB and printer connection (RS232) for outputting sterilisation protocols. Automatic process control saves valuable employee time, and automatic error detection guarantees the sterilisation result. Software for recording process data via USB is included as a basic licence. Without connecting a PC, only programmes comprising a single time and temperature step can be set on the controller. The PC software Professional Version is required for programmes comprising multiple time and temperature steps. Ideal for long-term cycles and material tests such as GSB AL 631, HAST Test, Pressure Vessel Test and ICP - TM 650. Also suitable for food preservation, preparation of nutrient media, sterilisation of waste, unpackaged solids without hollow bodies, liquids, bottles, instruments, plastics and rubber.
