The excellent and stable design combined with high-quality optics sets standards in fluorescence microscopy in this class The powerful and dimmable 20W halogen transmitted-light illumination (Philips) and a 100W epi-fluorescence incident-light unit ensure perfect illumination and excitation of your fluorescence specimens This series features professional Köhler illumination with adjustable field diaphragm as well as a centering and height-adjustable 1,25-Abbe condenser with adjustable aperture diaphragm The very large mechanical cross-stage with ergonomic, coaxial coarse and fine adjustment on both sides enables fast, precise adjustment and focusing of your specimen The filter wheel, which can be equipped with up to 6 filters, is equipped as standard with B/G fluorescence filters A wide selection of eyepieces, objectives, colour filters, dark-field condensers as well as a butterfly tube, polarization and phase-contrast units can be easily integrated thanks to the modular construction system The centering objective for fluorescence adjustment, a dust cover, eyecups and multilingual operating instructions are included A C-Mount adapter is required to connect a camera Area of application: Hematology, urology, gynecology, dermatology, pathology, microbiology and parasitology, immunology, sewage treatment plants, oncology, entomology, veterinary medicine, water analysis, breweries Applications/specimens: Specifically for translucent and thin, low-contrast, demanding specimens (e.g. immunofluorescence, FISH, DAPI staining, etc.)
