The tamper-evident seal makes the initial opening of packaging clearly and irreversibly visible, making unauthorized opening verifiable. If the security label is removed again, it separates into individual layers. An irreversible, previously concealed pattern appears on the surface, and the adhesive leaves a non-removable residue on the substrate (so-called Void label). Once the label has been removed, it cannot be reapplied. Relabeling or subsequent alterations are therefore not possible.
