Sampling from sacks, cartons, Big-Bags etc. with sampling lances is common and established practice. This creates holes, and free-flowing bulk materials may trickle out of the container. The close-it closure seal can prevent this easily. close-it has been specially developed for this purpose. The label is made in a sandwich construction (aluminium/paper) and seals the containers gas-tight (vapour barrier). This largely prevents hygroscopic powders from clumping. The closure seals are available in various colours. With preprint in red, blue, green, yellow, black or neutral (without preprint in white). close-it can be labelled with a ballpoint pen, pencil or felt-tip pen and is wipe-resistant. The reverse side is provided with an extremely strong adhesive. Thus, close-it adheres to most commercially available containers, including surfaces dusted with fine powder, slightly damp or even frozen, where conventional labels or adhesive strips always fail.
