The Vampire sampler allows liquids to be easily taken even from greater depths. The portable sampling pump consists of a mains-independent drive unit, a pump head and a delivery hose. Via the closed hose system, the medium to be sampled is guided directly into the sample container. The sample only comes into contact with the hoses and the sample bottle. This eliminates the risk of impurities and contamination, as the hoses are easy to clean and can simply be replaced when required. The self-priming hose pump is also suitable for contaminated or particle-containing substances with a viscosity of max. 500 mPas. Gentle conveying ensures that the sample is not changed. With a suction depth of 5 metres, the battery-operated Vampire sampler can also easily convey samples from lower sampling points, e.g. from barrels, tanks, wells, water separators, wastewater and sewage treatment plants. The portable sampler is handy and easy to transport. The pump attachment is simply plugged onto the drive unit and the hoses can be changed quickly. The sample bottle is attached directly to the sampler using a bottle basket. Sampling pump for taking liquid samples from depth Battery-operated hose pump for sampling liquids from depth Easy cleaning and replaceable hoses prevent contamination Suction depth up to five metres The hose pump is ideal for sampling liquids in industrial process control in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries, where it is important to take samples from barrels, tanks or other containers to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, in environmental and water analysis for taking water samples from wells, flowing waters, aquifers and other water sources to check water quality and for environmental studies, in wastewater and sewage treatment plants for monitoring and analysing wastewater samples directly from treatment plants, sewers, retention basins or water separators. Insert the pump hose into the pump head. Cut the suction hose to the required length and connect it to the pump hose using the hose connector. Attach the bottle basket with the clamping device. Place the sample bottle in the bottle basket. Insert the pump hose approx. 1 - 3 cm into the sample bottle. Insert the pump attachment into the drive unit receptacle. Set the speed selector to 1 (low speed range). Immerse the suction hose in the sampling liquid. To take the sample, press the on/off switch. To end sampling, release the on/off switch.
