DURAN® GLS 80® laboratory bottle, wide neck, amber, with screw cap and pouring ring, PP, blue, 10000 ml The DURAN® GLS 80® wide-neck laboratory bottles are formed from highly pure, clear USP / EP Type I borosilicate glass 3.3, known for its excellent thermal behaviour and high resistance to chemical influences. The wider opening enables easier bottle access for larger samples or materials such as granules, powders or viscous liquids. The use of a fused, external amber colouring protects light-sensitive materials from the effects of photodegradation. Protection against ultraviolet light complies with international USP/EP standards and lasts throughout the entire service life of the bottle. The amber bottles have an easy-to-read graduated volume scale and a labelling area made of permanently white enamel. The permanently printed batch identification (“Retrace Code”) on each bottle guarantees complete traceability of production.
