No accidental killing of the inoculum by inoculating loops that are too hot: once sterilization is complete, the display shows the remaining cooling time and the removal positions of cooler inoculating loops. If required, all suspended inoculating loops can be sterilized by rotating the carousel a full turn.
- For additional flame sterilization (e.g. of bottle necks or test tubes), a foot pedal* can be operated during the automatic workflow.
- The Autoloop PRO rotates the inoculating loop out of the flame position for this purpose and releases the flame for other sterilization processes.
