The powder samplers are fully automatically assembled under cleanroom conditions of class 7 (ISO) and individually packed. The individual packaging ensures that each sampler remains free from contamination until use. Single use excludes the risk of cross-contamination between different samples or products. After one-time use, the zone sampler is disposed of, ensuring the integrity of the work process. The PharmaDispo disposable powder sampler from Bürkle is a world first and the first multi-target-point sampler for single use that takes three separate target-point samples with a single sampling operation. The three separate sampling chambers of the PharmaDispo enable simultaneous sampling from different layers or zones. This allows the material composition across several layers to be examined in a differentiated manner, which is particularly advantageous when a uniform sample does not sufficiently characterize the material. The collected target-point samples can be analyzed individually or combined into a representative mixed sample. Thanks to its well-designed and ergonomic design, the sampler sits comfortably in the hand, and sampling can be performed with one hand.
