The red PumpMaster is the ideal solution for transferring aqueous, non-aggressive to mildly alkaline liquids. Equipped with high-quality EPDM seals, this canister and drum pump is ideally suited for use with aqueous liquids. The manual PumpMaster overpressure pumps are a reliable solution for the easy decanting and dispensing of liquids. They are ideally suited for dispensing, decanting and emptying canisters and drums. Three different universal plugs can be mounted on container openings with a diameter of 46,5 to 60 mm. This enables easy installation and adaptation to the container even without knowing the exact thread specifications. The delivery tube consists of several elements that can also be individually shortened. PumpMaster drum pumps operate according to the air overpressure principle. A hand piston is used to generate overpressure in the container, which conveys the liquid out of the container. The integrated tap enables precise dosing of liquids. The tap can dispense liquid selectively by operating it, or it can be locked in the open position by folding it forward for continuous flow. The PumpMaster is lightweight and compact, which facilitates use in different working environments. As the PumpMaster pumps operate independently of electricity and compressed air, they can be used flexibly. Canister and drum pump for flexible use Simple and flexible decanting and dispensing of liquids Universal plugs for easy installation Precise dosing EPDM seals for non-aggressive media With the PumpMaster canister and drum pumps, you have your liquids under control, whether in the chemical industry, food industry, laboratory, industry or other areas. Measure the inside diameter of the container opening. Use the next smaller plug that fits easily into the opening. Adjust the riser tube to the container height; shorten a tube if necessary. Connect the riser tube and pump. Insert the pump into the container opening and securely fix it by turning the handwheel while moving it downwards. Generate air overpressure in the container by operating the hand piston. Press the tap lever down: the medium starts to flow. Release the lever: flow is interrupted. For free, continuous flow, pull the lever forward and lock it. The flow can be reduced by inserting the reducing nozzle into the tap. After completing the dispensing process, release the overpressure in the container. To do this, open the drain screw.
