PowderProof horizontal lance 2-4 mm, 30 cm – electric sampler

PowderProof® with a horizontal sampling lance increases sampling flexibility in situations where access to the container from above is restricted or not desired. This sampler is ideal for sampling from bags or other packaging that can be pierced from the side. The horizontal lance enables precise sampling of free-flowing powders and granules. The PowderProof® sampling lance is a field-tested, mobile and electrically driven sampling solution specially designed for powders and granules. Large sample quantities can be obtained in a very short time. The robust drive unit combined with an interchangeable piercing lance and conveying spiral enables flexible sampling from a wide range of bulk materials, whether from drums, BigBags or bags. With the PowderProof® sampler, both target-point samples and all-layer samples can be taken quickly and conveniently. This enables comprehensive quality control as early as incoming goods inspection. The lance tip is specially designed for smooth gliding and easy penetration into the material, including through narrow container openings. The sample material is guided directly through the sampling lance into the sample container, preventing contamination of the sample. From quality control during incoming goods inspection to research and development, PowderProof® offers a reliable solution for sampling free-flowing powders and granules up to a diameter of 4 mm. Insert the piercing-lance adapter into the holder of the Bosch drive unit, insert the conveying spiral into the piercing lance, and screw the piercing lance onto the piercing-lance adapter using the union nut. Place the sample bag in the bag retaining clip and attach the bag retaining clip to the sample outlet. Set the speed selector to 1 (low speed range) and press the on/off switch. Pierce the sampling lance into the sample material; the sample material is conveyed directly through the lance into the sample bag. Release the on/off switch to end sampling. Pull the sampling lance out of the sample material.
