PowderProof® with a vertical sampling lance is the ideal solution for sampling from large bulk material containers with direct access from above. The sampling lance enables efficient and accurate sampling directly from open containers such as drums, barrels or Big Bags. The PowderProof® sampling lance is a field-tested, mobile and electrically driven sampling solution specifically for powders and granules. Large sample quantities can be obtained in a very short time. The robust drive unit combined with an interchangeable sampling lance and conveying spiral enables flexible sampling from a wide variety of bulk materials, whether from drums, Big Bags or sacks. With the PowderProof® sampler, both target-point samples and all-layer samples can be taken quickly and conveniently. This enables comprehensive quality control already during incoming goods inspection. The lance tip is specially designed for good gliding and easy penetration into the material, including through narrow container openings. The sample material is conveyed directly into the sample container through the sampling lance, preventing contamination of the sample. From quality control during incoming goods inspection to research and development, PowderProof® offers a reliable solution for sampling free-flowing powders and granules up to a diameter of 4 mm. Insert the sampling-lance adapter into the holder of the Bosch drive unit, insert the conveying spiral into the sampling lance, and screw the sampling lance onto the sampling-lance adapter with the union nut. Insert the sample bag into the bag-holding clamp and attach the bag-holding clamp to the sample outlet. Set the speed selector to 1 (low speed range) and press the on/off switch. Insert the sampling lance into the sample material; the sample material is conveyed directly through the lance into the sample bag. Release the on/off switch to end sampling. Pull the sampling lance out of the sample material.
