Sampling from sacks, cartons, Big-Bags etc. with sampling lances is common and proven practice. This creates holes, and free-flowing bulk materials may trickle out of the container. The close-it sealing label can prevent this easily. close-it was developed specifically for this purpose. The label is manufactured in a sandwich design (aluminium/paper) and seals the containers gas-tight (vapour barrier). This largely prevents hygroscopic powders from clumping. The sealing labels are available in various colours. With pre-printing in red, blue, green, yellow, black or neutral (without pre-printing in white). close-it can be labelled in a smear-resistant manner with a ballpoint pen, pencil or felt-tip pen. The reverse is equipped with an extremely strong adhesive. close-it therefore adheres to most commercially available containers, including surfaces dusted with fine powder, slightly damp or even frozen, where conventional labels or adhesive strips always fail.
