  • The Uno sampler target-point sampler with a single collection chamber is designed for the targeted removal of a target-point sample from an area or layer of various bulk materials.
  • The zone sampler enables a sample to be taken from a desired depth or zone within a bag, drum, silo, big bag or pile.
  • After removal, the target-point sample can be analysed individually, for example to examine variability within a material or between different material layers, or several target-point samples can be taken and a composite sample produced that is representative of the entire material.
  • This method ensures that the final sample is representative, i.e. reflects the average composition of the material, which is essential for correct analysis and quality control.
  • The Uno sampler made of stainless steel 1.4404 (V4A) with a PTFE core combines the advantages of the robust and inert stainless steel sampler with the lower weight of PTFE.
  • The zone sampler is extremely robust and has excellent chemical resistance.
  • Labelling the samplers with coloured caps facilitates identification and prevents mix-ups when several samplers are used for different bulk materials.
  • Thanks to its robust design, the Uno sampler promises a long service life even with regular use.
  • The high quality of workmanship guarantees reliability and precision during every sampling operation.
  • Sampling lance with one sampling chamber for taking a targeted sample Target-point sample removal Enables targeted analysis or a representative composite sample Versatile use, for a wide range of bulk materials Robust and durable due to high-quality workmanship Suitable for demanding applications The Uno sampler is suitable for the precise and targeted sampling of bulk materials of all kinds and is used wherever it is necessary to take samples from one or more zones or layers in order to obtain a targeted or comprehensive analysis of the composition, quality, contamination or inconsistencies of a material.
  • For example, in the food industry to check the homogeneity and quality of bulk materials such as grain, maize, nuts, powders or granules, in the pharmaceutical industry for quality control of raw materials, intermediates and finished products, in the chemical industry for analysing chemicals and powders in order to ensure homogeneity of the mixture and compliance with specifications, in construction, materials science, and research and development for examining bulk materials such as sand, gravel and other materials.
  • Turn the handle of the zone sampler clockwise.
  • The sampler is now closed and can be inserted into the powder/granules. At the desired depth, turn the handle of the zone sampler anticlockwise.
  • The collection chamber opens and fills with sample.
  • Turn the handle on the sampler clockwise.
  • The sampler is now closed and can be removed from the powder/granules.
  • Open the sampler and empty the sample onto a suitably prepared surface.
