  • With the Novartos Uno double sampler with 2-fold sampling, a double target-point sample can be taken from a predefined sampling area.
  • For double sampling, a collection chamber is equipped with two sample inserts (accessories).
  • With the Novartos pharmaceutical samplers, several unit-dose samples can be taken from one or more sampling points in a single sampling operation.
  • Thanks to the intelligent design of these pharmaceutical samplers, repeated insertion into the sample material is not required for a multiple sample, which largely prevents segregation of the sample material.
  • This is particularly important when taking very small quantities in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • With the Novartos sampler, a large number of samples, including samples from the same point, can be taken quickly and easily, allowing representative retention samples.
  • The immersion depth of the sampling lance is easy to read using a laser-engraved depth scale.
  • The rounded tip prevents scratching of the container.
  • Two additional handles ensure safe insertion, fixing and rotation in the material.
  • The precisely fitting inserts prevent mixing of the material and enable easy disassembly for thorough cleaning.
  • Thanks to the groove-free and electropolished surface of the pharmaceutical samplers and their high-quality workmanship, there are no gaps in which sample residues can settle, which is also a decisive advantage for easy cleaning.
  • Powder sampler according to the FDA Unit-Dose sampling guideline For taking representative retention samples Precisely fitting, easily replaceable sample inserts Various volumes selectable Two individual samples from one sampling point in a single sampling operation Double target-point sample with two easily replaceable sample inserts The Novartos pharmaceutical sampler is a highly specialized sampler used primarily in the pharmaceutical industry to meet the strict requirements of the FDA guidelines for Unit-Dose Sampling.
  • However, its use is not limited to the pharmaceutical sector;
  • it can also be used in the chemical industry, the food and beverage industry, biotechnology, and wherever the representative sampling of very small quantities of powder is required. At “1”, set the sampler to the “CLOSE” position.
  • The sampler is closed and can be inserted into the powder/granulate.
  • Insert the sampler into the powder/granulate to the desired depth (the scale indicates the depth in cm).
  • Set the sampler at “1” to the “OPEN” position.
  • The sampler is now open and is filled with sample.
  • Set the sampler at “1” to the “CLOSE” position.
  • The sampler is closed and the powder/granulate can be removed. If a second sample is to be taken, set the sampler at “2” to the “CLOSE” position.
  • Set the sampler at “2” to the “OPEN” position.
  • The sampler is open and is filled with the second sample.
  • Set the sampler at “2” to the “CLOSE” position.
  • The sampler is closed and the powder/granulate can be removed.
  • Open the sampler and empty the sample onto a suitably prepared surface or into suitable collection containers.
