The EasySampler sampler offers an innovative solution for the rapid sampling and emptying of free-flowing bulk materials by enabling rapid and direct emptying of the sample into the collection container. By pressing down the handle, the tip of the sampler opens and the sample can be emptied without turning over or disassembling the sampler. The smooth, design without rear edges ensures complete emptying and prevents residual material from accumulating, enabling rapid and repeated sampling. In addition, the sampler can be easily disassembled for thorough cleaning. The use of high-quality stainless steel 1.4404 (V4A) guarantees durability, reliability and purity during sampling. The EasySampler was specially developed for materials that flow freely or are self-flowing and significantly simplifies sampling. Turn the lower handle of the EasySampler clockwise; the sampler is now closed and can be inserted into the powder/granulate. At the desired depth, turn the handle of the sampler counterclockwise; the sampling chamber opens and fills with sample. By turning the lower handle clockwise again, the sampler is closed again and can be removed from the powder/granulate. By pressing the upper handle, the sample can be emptied through the tip directly into suitable collection containers.
