This stainless steel barrel pump features a flexible discharge hose with stopcock for maximum flexibility when dispensing liquids. The 1.2 m long discharge hose directs the liquid straight into the desired container. This gives you the freedom to place the container in a convenient location independently of the position of the barrel pump. The stopcock controls the liquid flow, enables precise dosing and prevents unintended leakage. The stainless steel barrel pumps are powerful and versatile piston pumps for transferring flammable or aggressive liquids and chemicals. Due to their electrical conductivity, the barrel pumps are ideal for slightly flammable or combustible liquids. They were specially developed for use in zones 0 and 1 (explosion groups II A and II B) and have been tested by DEKRA. When used for flammable media, the pumps must be grounded. The PTFE seals not only guarantee high chemical resistance, but also excellent sliding properties during pumping. Stainless steel barrel pumps are highly flexible and versatile. They are excellently suited for a wide range of barrels, containers or other vessels (approx. 60 to 1000 l capacity, up to 91 cm depth) and are therefore true all-rounders in workshops or production. Screw on the discharge hose. Insert the barrel pump with barrel screw fitting (accessory) into the barrel and screw it in hand-tight. Adjust the riser tube height if required. Hold the discharge hose in the filling container. Open the stopcock on the discharge hose. Operate the piston rod with the handle and dispense the liquid. On the final pump stroke, push the piston rod into the pump as far as it will go. Close the stopcock on the discharge hose. Unscrew the discharge hose. Carefully unscrew the pump from the barrel. Rinse the barrel pump with pH-neutral liquid.
