This stainless steel barrel pump has a fixed discharge tube for precise and safe dispensing of liquids. The discharge angle made of robust stainless steel directs the liquid in a targeted and controlled manner, preventing spills and splashes. For use in demanding environments, the stainless steel barrel pump with discharge tube is particularly durable and easy to clean. The stainless steel barrel pumps are powerful and versatile piston pumps for transferring flammable or aggressive liquids and chemicals. Due to their electrical conductivity, the barrel pumps are ideal for slightly flammable or combustible liquids. They were specially developed for use in zones 0 and 1 (explosion groups II A and II B) and have been DEKRA-tested. When used for combustible media, the pumps must be grounded. The PTFE seals not only guarantee high chemical resistance but also excellent sliding properties during pumping. Stainless steel barrel pumps are highly flexible and versatile. They are excellently suited to a wide range of barrels, containers or other vessels (approx. 60 to 1000 l capacity, up to 91 cm depth) and are therefore true all-rounders in workshops or production. Compared with conventional solvent pumps for highly flammable liquids, our stainless steel barrel pumps offer excellent value for money. The durable and robust barrel pumps made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant stainless steel (1.4301) guarantee a long service life, particularly in damp or aggressive environments. Container pump for precise dispensing of combustible liquids Ideal for slightly flammable or aggressive liquids Meets the highest safety standards Economical and durable For precise and safe dispensing The stainless steel barrel pumps are electrically conductive and resistant to a wide range of chemicals, enabling safe and efficient transfer or dosing of liquids in the chemical, pharmaceutical or food industry. Screw on the discharge tube. Insert the barrel pump with barrel screw connection (accessory) into the barrel and tighten it by hand. Adjust the riser tube height if required. Place the receiving container under the discharge tube. Remove the cap from the discharge tube. Operate the piston rod with the handle and dispense the liquid. During the final pumping stroke, push the piston rod into the pump as far as it will go. Carefully unscrew the pump from the barrel. Rinse the barrel pump with a pH-neutral liquid.
