Pump-it canister pump

The Pump-it® canister pump is ideal for regularly dispensing small amounts of liquid from canisters and similar containers up to approx. 60 litres. Safe filling and emptying of canisters, demijohns and small drums is also simple and quick. The acid-resistant canister pump seals the filling container airtight, so that the pump can remain on the container and is always quickly available for filling. Repeatedly operating the hand piston generates excess pressure in the container. By opening the shut-off tap, the liquid is conveyed from the pump. When the shut-off tap is released, the pulsation-free liquid jet stops immediately without dripping. This enables precise dosing. By operating the shut-off tap again, filling can continue directly without rebuilding the pressure. For complete emptying of the container, the delivery tube is continuously adjustable in length from 550 to 1000 mm; for smaller containers, the tube can be shortened. Insert the telescopic riser tube into the canister pump and extend it fully. Screw the canister pump onto the container thread (Ø 64 mm); if necessary, use a suitable thread adapter (see accessories). Operate the hand piston and build up excess pressure. For filling, open the drain valve (press the lever down) and dispense the liquid. Release the lever again to stop the filling process.
