Prices
All prices displayed in the shop for business customers are generally net prices. The applicable statutory VAT and any shipping costs will be added.
International deliveries may also be subject to customs duties, import VAT, other charges or fees. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these costs are payable by the recipient.
Available payment methods
The payment methods available for an order will be shown during checkout, in our quotation or in the order confirmation.
The payment methods offered may depend on factors including:
- the delivery and billing country
- the order value and type of product
- the existing business relationship
- the outcome of any credit assessment
- individually agreed payment terms.
There is no entitlement to a particular payment method.
Individual quotations and project orders
For products available on request, larger order quantities, project business, framework agreements or institutional procurement, we will provide an individual quotation.
The quotation will state the applicable prices, shipping costs, payment terms and—where they can already be determined—the expected delivery time.
Payment terms
The applicable payment deadline will be stated during checkout, in our quotation, in the order confirmation or on the invoice.
Where advance payment has been agreed, processing or delivery will take place after full payment has been received. Where payment by invoice is agreed, the invoice amount is due without deduction within the period stated on the invoice.
A cash discount may be deducted only where this has been expressly agreed in writing.
Invoice information
Before submitting your order, please check in particular:
- the full company name
- the billing address
- the delivery address
- the VAT identification number, where required
- the purchase order number or internal reference
- the responsible contact person.
Subsequent changes to invoices that have already been issued may require additional verification.
Late payment
In the event of late payment, the applicable statutory provisions and contractual terms will apply. In particular, we reserve the right to suspend further deliveries until all outstanding amounts have been paid.
